You are buying an installation kit to install a 23" front wheel on a Harley Touring model 1997 and later. This kit includes a raked HHI triple tree kit that is 3 degrees over stock rake, our own chrome plated fender lift brackets, and OEM completely assembled chrome fork legs with our custom modifications for the 23" wheel.
We have put this kit on our own bikes, CLICK TO SEE Photos, and driven several thousand miles without any problems. Most shops will tell you that you need to cut the neck on your bike for this to work properly, but we have discovered a way to do the job properly without cutting the frame on your perfectly good OEM motorcycle. The forks we provide are OEM with OEM components.
NOTICE: We will need your old forks back in our possession for the cores. A $450 core charge will be collected at the time of purchase and refunded to you once you return your undamaged forks that you took off your bike to put ours on. Please take note that 2009 and newer Screamin' Eagle Touring models will require front fender replacement.
