sending your order. Sorry we cannot accept COD orders.
Shipping:
We ship to all United States addresses, as well as all countries that the United
States Postal Service and Fed Ex will deliver to.
APO's:
Most companies do not ship to an APO address. We
strongly support our military and don't mind going out of our way to help
you out as you do for us. However, due to the time it takes to go to
the post office and wait on a USPS clerk to ship each package, we do require
you to call or e-mail us first for approval and to get a shipping quote.
International:
We primarily use USPS Priority and Express Mail for
our international shipping. Priority mail does take a little longer
and tracking information is limited. All international orders may be
subject to customs rates that will be charged by your home customs office.
Hill Country Customs will not be responsible for return shipping on any international
order for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:
Once the shipping company has scanned
the package for delivery, HCC will not be responsible
for lost or stolen packages. All
of our packages are shipped without a signature required so that the package
may be left at your shipping address without you being there. We can
require a signature by the shipping company, but you must request us to do
this when placing your order.
Store pick-up - Free! We'll send you an email when
your order is ready, and you can pick it up at
our Warehouse.
Fed Ex or USPS, normal ship times apply (2-7
days). Expedited shipping is available upon request.

At Hill Country Customs we strive for your complete satisfaction.
Please e-mail us with any questions or concerns before buying.
There will
be a 17% restocking fee on all items returned, or
you can exchange it for something of equal or greater
value. In the rare case that we make a
shipping mistake, rest assured that we we
will make arrangements to correct the issue. Please
call us at 512-264-7333 to get your RMA #.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable unless product
is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you.
NO EXCEPTIONS, No returns will be accepted on used or installed parts, or parts that do not have the original packaging.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER: You must report any problems with your order within 72 hours of the time you receive the product. We will accept no exchanges 30 days beyond the invoice date.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We offer NO REFUNDS for packages scanned as delivered to the correct address. We are not responsible for your package once it has been "scanned as delivered". If the package cannot be left in a safe place, then you should request a "signature confirmation" when placing your order.
When you need to make a return, contact us immediately
at Returns@HillCountryCustomCycles.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)
within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. When
shipping item back please reference the invoice #,
and include a note explaining your reason for returning
the item along with your contact information. No
refund request will approved without contacting us
first.

| WARRANTY POLICY: |

All HCC parts have a warranty of 1 year. If an HCC part is determined to be defective, we will replace or repair the defective part as needed. HCC will cover shipping of the defective part to the customer, and return shipping of the defective part is the customer’s responsibility unless other arrangements are made and approved by HCC. Parts not made by HCC are covered under that particular manufacturer’s warranty policy only. HCC will not be held responsible for any labor expense associated with warranty part replacement unless the work was done at one of our authorized facilities.
